Now accepting proposals for Presentations at our 2019 Annual Conference.

Presentations should address Autism and/or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities topics that provide best practices, practical skills, relevant research or valuable resources.
Desired Content


We are now accepting Proposals for Presentations with focus on the following: Compassionate Care Strategies, Safety and Abuse Issues, Education Support, Legal Issues, Transition & Adult Support, Family & Caregiver Needs, Behavior Management Practices, Applied Behavior Analysis Topics, Related Professional Therapy Practices-PT, OT, SLP, Other, & Social, Emotional and Mental Health Care and Support.  

The audience will be a mix of professionals, parents, caregivers, families and individuals affected by ASD and/or I/DD. Sessions will be color coded on the event agenda to help guide the audience in selecting topics to fit their needs.

Proposal Requirements
Presentation Title
Please keep it short and sweet, a maximum of 8 words that will catch the attention of conference attendees.
Presentation Description
A brief description of the content, purpose and goals of your session is required. The description will be published in the event program and on the event website. 
We suggest PowerPoint presentations in an interactive format allowing for questions and discussion with your audience.  Sessions are allocated at 50 minutes and begin on the hour. 

We have a limited number of spots available for a double session that would total 100 minutes. Please indicate if your presentation is better suited as a double session and we will try to accommodate based on availability.
