Exhibitor/Vendor space is limited at venue, register early for guaranteed confirmation. Logos will be added upon receipt of registration.
Event Sponsor - $500
Special recognition as Event Sponsor with company logo on the Arizona Autism Coalition Website, Conference Event Page, Social Media Pages, Event Program, Event Signage, and related marketing materials AND INCLUDES Exhibitor table at the event.

Lunch Sponsor - $200
A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 4 organizations. One organization may purchase all 4 spots for exclusive recognition if desired. Company logo will be featured on signage at lunch station, event marketing materials, website and social media pages.
Breakfast Sponsor - $100
A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 organizations. One organization may purchase both spots for exclusive recognition if desired. Company logo will be featured on signage at breakfast station, event marketing materials, website and social media pages.
Coffee/Beverage Sponsor - $100
Company logo will be featured on signage at either morning or afternoon beverage station and event marketing materials, website and social media pages.
EXHIBITORS & VENDORS
$100 Members/$250 Non-Members
Includes (1) 6’ foot table and (2) chairs in courtyard or patio, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments for up to two representatives. Vendors may sell merchandise with prior approval. Table linens and extension cords are the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Tables must be staffed from beginning of event through the lunch hour. Exhibitor/Vendor Badges do not include conference attendance. To register for conference sessions, please complete a separate registration for each attendee.
